Elementary Principal
Mrs. Bailey graduated from Greenwood High School in 1986. She earned her Associate’s degree from Westark Community College in 1991. Mrs. Bailey attended Arkansas Tech University where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in 1994 and her Master’s degree in 2013.

Mrs. Bailey completed the Leader to Leader program through the Arkansas Center for Executive Leadership at Arkansas Tech University during the 2017-2018 school year.
Mrs. Bailey began her teaching career with the Hackett School District in 1995. She was a classroom teacher for the Hackett School District for 21 years. Mrs. Bailey became the elementary principal in 2016. She is in her third year as the elementary principal.
Mrs. Bailey has been married to James Bailey for 31 years. They are the parents of Brandon Bailey, Brett Bailey, Kaitlyn (Bailey) Tobey and Madison Bailey, all of which graduated from Hackett High School. They also are the proud grandparents of five grandchildren; Channing, Emerie, Tuck, Lachlan and Claire. Three of these grandchildren are current students of Hackett Elementary.
Mrs. Bailey enjoys reading and spending time with her husband, children and grandchildren.
