HACKETT

Hackett Elementary Pre-K and Kindergarten registration for the 2020-2021 school year will be February 27, 2019 from   8:00AM – 11:00AM and 1:00PM – 5:00PM. If you are unable to come this day, you can visit the Elementary Office for more information.

For Kindergarten, students must

1. be 5 years old before August 1, 2020.
2. live within the Hackett School District or File for School Choice before May 1, 2020

Kindergarten Requirements:

  Items you need to provide:

• Birth Certificate (Click to order from the State of Arkansas)
• Social Security Card
• Immunization Record

   Items to fill out for the school (You may obtain a packet from the office)

• Enrollment Form
• Kindergarten Form
• Physical Assessment (to be filled out by or obtained from students physician)
• Health History

For Pre-K, students must be 3 years old before August 1, 2020.
